The hypnotherapy used in my sessions is rapid and deeply transformational, based on the method developed by renowned therapist Marisa Peer.

During a hypnotherapy session, you are gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. In this state, it becomes possible to explore significant past experiences and emotional patterns that may be influencing present challenges such as anxiety, stress, panic attacks, fears, work-related difficulties, or relationship issues.

Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between you and your therapist. Together, we explore the meanings and interpretations formed in the past and the beliefs that developed as a result.

Each session is designed to help you create and reinforce new, more empowering beliefs. As thoughts shift, emotional responses begin to change, supporting healthier choices, behaviours, and a more balanced way of living.

Q & A

Will I be deeply asleep during the session?

No. You will be deeply relaxed but fully aware and in control at all times. You’ll be able to hear my voice and respond to questions. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused relaxation, similar to meditation or becoming fully absorbed in a film.

 

How long is a session?

Each session typically lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.

 

How is the session structured?

We begin with a short conversation to clarify the issue you’d like to work on and what you hope to achieve. You’ll then be guided into hypnosis, where we explore key past experiences that may have contributed to the issue. Together, we identify and resolve the root cause and introduce new, empowering beliefs.
After the session, you’ll receive a personalised audio recording to listen to daily for 21 days, helping to reinforce the changes made during the session.

 

Can I book an appointment straight away?

Before booking a full session, we’ll have a short initial conversation to discuss your situation and ensure we’re a good fit to work together.

Is one session enough?

This depends on the issue. Many clients experience meaningful change after just one session. More complex or long-standing concerns may require between one and three sessions. Simpler issues, such as stress, fear of flying, or nail biting, are often resolved in a single session.

 

What language are the sessions conducted in?

Sessions are available in English and Bulgarian.
